This course is designed to provide the fundamental skills and techniques required for the creation and execution of quality breads and pastries.

Nothing will be just demonstrated! Students will actively:

* discover how to create cakes, cookies, and quick breads

* learn the execute custards, mousses, and meringues
 
* develop the art to garnishes and edible containers
