The ILM Certificate in Team Leading is a City & Guilds International Management Certification. This a comprehensive programme that covers the full range of team leading responsibilities. It aims to develop practicing and aspiring front line managers by giving them the knowledge and skills required to perform efficiently and effectively.
Completion of the ILM Certificate in Team Leading includes work-based assignments, personal development records, a continuous professional development plan, a project, and a presentation. Front Line Managers completing this certificate will be proficient in: motivating their staff; planning; budgeting; organizing; staffing; problem solving; and decision making. They will be resourceful, demonstrate support of employees and clients, and support organizational change.
Entry Requirements
Students entering this programme must have a high school certificate or GED and be proficient in English, mathematics and Microsoft Word.

Application & Registration Process
Collect the Bermuda College Application from the Bermuda College Information Desk or down load it from our website; www.college.bm
Submit it to the PACE Office.
Complete the Bermuda College Registration form and submit it to the Office of Student Enrollment and Records along with payment to the Business Office. Both Offices are located on the second floor of the College Centre. Register and pay by August 15th.
